AND TO GAIN FULL AND EQUAL RIGHTS  FOR AMERICANS OF ALL RACES.

PEOPLE DEMANDED SOCIAL CHANGE.

THIS ACT MADE SEGREGATION IN PUBLIC FACILITIES AND RACIAL DISCRIMNATION IN EMPLOYMENT AND EDUCATION ILLEGAL.
